The following terms must be respected when you use Imaginaria images:

All the photographs, illustrations or designs in IMAGINARIA PHOTO.COM are protected by the national and international laws concerning copyrights.

Do not use them under any circumstance without the previous permission from IMAGINARIA PHOTO.

The credits from IMAGINARIA PHOTO and the name of the author (Ex: I.P. K.Schafer) should always appear next to the picture in your publications.

In the case of brochures, magazines, posters, cards, calendars, books, etc, the name should be on a visible position in the publication.

Never use this material in any other media that you have not registered in your purchase.

Delete the file on your computer after printing or using the original photography.
NOTES:

If you need to use the photography in 3 or more advertising media or publications ask our staff for special discounts.

If the photography is used more than once in the same year, a 10% discount will be applied in the 2nd and 3rd purchase of the same photography.

To finish the transaction you have to sign a contract that looks like this.
